To better support our future expansion, effective October 1, 2025, we will separate our drone and robotics solutions division from our high-end personal audio and digital product distribution business. These operations will continue under Futex Corporation Limited.

Futex Corporation Limited will take over our existing audio-visual and consumer electronics product distribution business. This includes further enhancing the expertise our product experience showrooms and online shopping platforms.
